60 years ago, a never before seen case of Insomnia plagued the earth. Unable to sleep, humanity gradually collapsed in insanity. Suicides and massive acts of violence became commonplace and society faced a very large problem. New drugs were rolled out to fight this “insomnia” and for a moment, it seemed as if everyone was finally placated. However, not all was as it seemed because there was a side effect to that medicine! Two billion people suddenly where affected. Via this new medicine, a new type of lifeform was given birth; vampires. Through this, a war between humanity and vampires broke out. Eventually humans believed that they were victorious but some vampires lived and existed within their world. Humanity then set to work creating synthetic blood and established a vampire control system called D-GPS. Thought this they are able to guarantee the existence of the vampires. The stage of this tale is set in modern everyday life where humans and vampires occupy the same world.

(The 2nd Season of Ajin.) It all started 17 years ago in Africa. The American army was the first to catch an immortal also referred to as a 'Solider of God.' In that moment, the existence of an “Ajin” was confirmed. No matter in what manner they were killed, disease, accident, etc. their bodies regenerate immediately in perfect health. This is the dream of humanity; full of endless possibilities. From that incident, 46 have been discovered worldwide and two are in Japan. However, they are rare in form, and it’s even harder to know what they are made of. So the theory held is “until we kill them multiple times, we don’t know enough about them.” Due to this, it is believed that there are more in the world. One day while walking home after school, high school student Kei Nagai is killed. However, he is immediately revived and completely unharmed. This would make Kei the 3rd Ajin to have been discovered in Japan. Kei now has to avoid the Ajin Management Bureau as they come after him. To further complicate things, there is now a bounty on his head. He gets help from his childhood friend Kaito and runs away to the mountains to hide. However, the police have deployed emergency forces to try and find him and they are closing in. Kei hatches a plot to run away again. One of the two Ajin in Japan named Takana but nicknamed 'cap' had escaped from confinement and begins to implement a series of terror attacks. Tosaki, the head of The Ajin Management Bureau now has to find Kei and stop these terror attacks. He also has his eye on Kei’s younger sister, Eriko Nagai. However, to top things off, there is another Ajin who has sworn revenge on humanity and a strange black creature called IBM on the loose.

Set in a world where your education determines your worth as a human being, passing your exams will determine your future successes. From a very young age, exams separate those from who can and who cannot. Only those who pass are guaranteed a happy future, while those who fail are looking at noting but a harsh life. However, no one in this world says “oh it’s just because I cannot study”, nor does anyone glorify the unhappy life path. In order to make get good grades, people have tried just about everything under the sun. Cheaters too have tried to get the best grades by causing disturbances during the exam. At some point along the line, simply studying and subsequently passing the exam disappeared as the only method and the testing ground has now converted into a battleground. Those who take their studies seriously are called “Learning-type” while those who cheat are called “Cheating-type”. While brushing aside the disturbances from the respective Learning-types and cheating-types, both with as a team of two to aim for the highest scores. In order to prevent the Learning-types from attaining the highest scores, the Cheating-types launch full-out attacks in a hot battle. Mix in the exam proctors who will not forgive any sort of cheating and the testing ground becomes even more chaotic! Mumei, a Cheating-type student and Koui, a Learning-type student go head to head in an extremely gaudy manner in this intense battle story about breaking through this exam.

Keijo is a gambling competition in which you fight with your butt and chest. Created by a revision to the law in 2003, it is now as popular as horse, bicycle, and boat racing. Nozomi Kaminashi, who was raised in a poor household, is determined to make it into the Keijo world now she has graduated high school. After all, if you’re successful, you can earn money! So, Nozomi enrols in Seto City Keijo Training School, and her life in the dormitory begins. With the other residents of room 309, she endures harsh special training and training camps and scores the number one praiseworthy victory for a trainee, the East West Battle. After graduating from training school, Nozomi dives into the world of pro Keijo, and is assigned to the Hyogo Branch along with Sayaka Miyata. In her debut match, she is taught a harsh lesson, but inspired by her seniors’ high-level fights, she begins to aim even higher. This is a story of the youth and growth of girls who battle on water!

A new anime series based on Tiger Mask. Two young wrestlers face each other at Tora no Ana, an underground pro wrestling organisation that has been resurrected. The pro-wrestling dojo where the two trained together had been crushed by Tora no Ana. One is the successor of the special training facility at the foot of Mt. Fuji and the tiger mask, left to him by Naoto Date. The other however enters Tora no Ana, wins a succession of fierce fights, and gets his hands on the jet-black tiger mask. The year is 2016. Matoi Sumeragi is a second-year middle school student and part-time miko (shrine maiden) at Tenman Shrine in Kamaya city. One day, these two make their way to the shrine from school as usual, only to discover the grounds in ruins and Yuma’s parents collapsed, injured. Souta Tawara, thirty years old. When he returns to his home town, he encounters a strange young boy, who loves udon and frogs and has ears and… a tail?! Souta Tawara is a web designer living in Tokyo. Following his father’s death, he returns to his hometown and his family’s udon shop. There, he finds a child fast asleep in a cooking pot. Although the child looks human at first glance, he’s actually a tanuki (raccoon dog) who has taken the form of a person! As time passes calmly by in Kagawa Prefecture, also known as the Land of Udon, this slightly awkward pair start their warmhearted life together.
